3. AI Processing

3.1 How AI Features Work

Our AI features use third-party AI providers to:

  • Generate marketing copy based on your product data
  • Create photorealistic product images from your inputs
  • Analyze product images for content generation

3.2 Data Shared with AI Providers

When you use AI features, we share necessary data (product information, images) with our AI providers:

  • OpenAI: For image analysis and prompt extraction
  • Replicate: For image generation (Studio)

These providers process data according to their privacy policies and data processing agreements.

3.3 AI Training

We do not use your product data to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide the requested AI outputs.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Storage Locations

  • Application data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure
  • Product images and generated content are stored on Cloudflare R2 / Amazon S3

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Google Merchant Center Integration

If you connect a Google Merchant Center account, we request read-only access to your Merchant Center data via the Google Content API (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content). We access:

  • Your Merchant Center account name and ID, so you can select which account to connect
  • Product listings (titles, brands, images, SKUs and related attributes), which we import into your Magnifiq catalog so you can generate AI product imagery from them

We store the imported product data and the OAuth tokens needed to keep your catalog in sync. Tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect the integration. We do not modify any data in your Merchant Center account, and we do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide these features (for example, sending a product image to our AI providers when you request a generation). We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

Magnifiq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Future integrations may require additional data access, which will be clearly disclosed.
